Captain's Log of the Snookums for Jan 5, 2000

The day the sea turned red.

We were all startled when a 300 square foot area behind our vessel suddenly turned red with the churning of actively feeding yellowtail snapper. The group aboard was, to a man, energized with the sight. The frenzy in the cockpit soon matched that taking place in the water.
The next 20 minutes brought us our limit of the tasty fish. And as quickly as they appeared, they were gone.
