Stretch Incites Grouper

Trolling a Mann Stretch 30+ over a known grouper hangout has produced some "striking" results. Many times the sonar shows fish, but without anchoring and dropping a bait, we could not tell if they were actively chewing.

Now, by trolling a stretch 10 - 20' over the bottom, actively feeding fish will rise and slam the lure. This is our signal to anchor and drop some lines down.

The black grouper (legal minimum 20") is wonderful eating.
